Hi all
1.Based on the following link, it indicates that Cisco supports pcnaywhere for ipcc. Does this include IPCC express 3.12/3.13 or just IPCC enterprise?
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/custcosw/ps1001/products_qanda_item09186a00801a234a.shtml
2.Is VNC suppports to be used to upgrade IPCC express 3.12/3.13
3.Is Microsot RDP or Terminal client approved to manage the IPCC express 3.12/3.13 ?
Thanks

Hi ,
1)ICM components support PCAnywhere. There is no support for PCANYWHERE or VNC for IP/IVR or IPCC Express. The support matrix is here:
http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/voice/sw_ap_to/crscomtx.pdf
2)VNC is totally unsupported. You should perform upgrades from the console. If you have no physical console access you may want to consider a TCP/IP based KVM Device.
3)could you let me know what mean by the term manage ? IPCC express comes with a web interface for confgurtion and management etc ... IT is done using the application administrator page ....
Please let me know if it helped ....

last question about the teminal access meaning to access the IPCC server. I used to use RDP(microsoft built in utility)to terminal session to IPCC server and can do troubleshooting, like see the event view and OS service etc.

Hi,
As I said earlier , install or configuration related changes through any remote desktop software or terminal services are not supported ...
If you mean using the TS just for looking at event viewer etc ... it looks ok ...
But I repeat we donot support any changes done through any remote desktop software
Please let me know if it helped .
Regards ,
M.Ramkumar.
