IPCC Express 4.0 High CPU utilization.

Recently we have upgraded the IPCCX from 3.5 to 4.0. After the upgrade the CPU utilization is hitting almost 100% . Is it a normal behavior ?

Please anyone could advise .

One reason for this is that HDS Migration may be incomplete. There NO way to purge 3.x HR DB after the upgrade has been done.

Either allow it to continue to run during non-business hours or disable the job 'CRS3xHDSmigrator' from: SQL enterprise manager -> SQL server group -> SQL server -> Management -> SQL server agent -> Jobs.
