Hi Experts!
We need to integrate a BSM software (BMC Remedy Service Management applications) with IPCC enterprise. How is this possible? I know that cisco has provided plugins for CRM, is there a way for integration of the two?

The Cisco IPCC Remote Agent can use the Cisco Computer Telephony Integration Object Server (CTIOS)-based desktop (only with Cisco IPCC Enterprise and Hosted editions) or Cisco Agent Desktop or any supported Cisco Customer Relationship Management (CRM) desktops such as Siebel, Oracle, ePiphany, Chordiant.Refer URL

Thanks for your help. Can I use the CTIOS with Cisco IPCC Express Premium? If not, what is the way two integrate the two systems?

No, CTIOS does not integrate with Express.
