IPCC Express Migration to AD

I am migrating to Active Directory, I specify all the details in the initial migration screen, then select yes to migrate the information when I receive the following error(s)

1)com.cisco.wfframework.repository.RepositoryException.

I cannot proceed any further. When I check the AD, the required OU's have been created but no data has been migrated across.

I'm currently onsite and have opened a TAC case...help! Thanks!

The issue is due to an unsupported OS tried reinitializing the directory configuration and the repository. The workareound is to reboot the CRS.

Did you get a solution to this, or did the reboot of CRS work? I am having same problem..

TAC says its bug id CSCsd24705, and to do CCM AD integration before CRS AD integration. Documentation that asks to do CRS LDAP migration before CCM AD integration is wrong according to TAC.

I had to uninstall and reinstall CRS eventually.
