IPCC express XML files

Newbie question.

We have an IPCC express that I occasional add new agents 2.

Their are two files this is done in "Extension2AgentID.xml" (fields are <C15213>5544</C15213>

and "DDIDivertagents.xml" (fields are <C5408>1109</C5408>

Can anyone shed any light on what these do and how this ties in with CTI

The Cisco Customer Response Platform uses XML-based configuration files for the deployment of custom components. The Cisco CRA Engine and Cisco CRA Editor load definitions for custom components from customeditor.xml and customengine.xml respectively. Custom steps and step categories are specified in customeditor.xml while subsystems are specified in customengine.xml.
