IPCC Recording Feature

I have IPCC enhanced 3.5 2 7835's one for the historical database and voip monitoring and one for the Call center function. They are both in the same vlan that the users desktops are in. The phones however are in a voice vlan? Is it possible to get this to work or do I need to put the 2 IPCC servers in the same vlan as the phones? and will that pose any problems with the Agents logging in?

I would add an additional VLAN and put both of the IPCC servers into it. The VOIP monitoring server should have two NICS, 1 for the server VLAN and 1 for the Voice Vlan (agents phones). I would always keep the voice vlan separate for QOS purposes.

It shouldn't hurt the agents logging in as long as you map the desktop_cfg drive accordingly.
