I'm trying to determine which version of IPCC Express we have - Standard or Enhanced. Some information indicates we have standard, but we purchased additional agent licenses and not all "features" were enabled. Is there any easy way to tell? Also, is there any quick side by side comparison of the two vairants (Standard vs Enhanced)?
Thanks,
Al

Browse here to find the IPCC Express Features and Specs document: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/custcosw/ps1846/products_data_sheet09186a008019ade0.html
This will compare all three "flavors" of the product; Standard, Enhanced and Premium.

Locate your .lic file on the IPCCExpress server. In that if you see lines with INCREMENT CRA_ENHBlahblahblah, then you have enhanced version. If you see lines with INCEMENT CRA_STDblahblahblah, then you have standard version
Also, another way to check. If you have DB and Java nodes in your CRA Script editor, then you have enhanced version; if not, standard version
