IPCX - Can I do a DB Get on an Excel spreadsheet?

Hi,

I'm not a DB person, so pardon the stupid question...but is there any way I can make routing decisions in IPCC Express 3.5 using info. in an Excel spreadsheet?

You shoudl be able to do that.

You have create a DSN connection to the Excel Database and run the query from the script.

But it would be better if you can use Access database.

OK...I follow that I can setup a DSN connection.

Can I use SQL query statements from an IPCX script to reference fields in an Excel spreadsheet?
