Is it poosible to preselect problem statement for BubbleChat?

Hi.

 

I am testing out BubbleChat on UCCX 12.0.1 for internal use.

I have got it working, but when I start a chat I always need to choose service/csq (Problem Statement), even if I have only one statement

Do anyone know if its possible to hide this field an populate it with the correct problem statement? Or populate it with correct problem statement without hiding it?
