Issue in CVP Reporting Server Database?

Hello,

I now have the CVP Reporting Server UP (https://supportforums.cisco.com/message/3621554) in OAMP but the CUIC datasource that connects to CVP Reporting Server OFFLINE.

Error in CUIC:

Attempt to connect to database server (cvp_db_<cvp_rpt_hostname>) failed.

I have tried to manage DB users in OAMP but I get the following error:

Unified CVP Reporting Server device with IP Address: 172.16.200.89 and Hostname: CVPRPT operation failed. Device could not be reached.

I have also tried to go into DBACCESS tool to check if data is being written in the database: DBACCESS is not able to retreive the list of available databases and I get the below error right before selecting the database:

25580: System error occurred in network function.

Socket is not connected

Is there something I can do regarding this matter?
