Issue when adding a third script

Hello guys

I work with CUCM and UC issues and now im learning about UCCX and also working with this greatly platform.

Let me first give a briefly explanation about the topology :

I have CUCM 7X cluster  with UCCX 8X without failover .

1 Main site

1 remote site

3 scripts (scripts A,B and C) wich one with DDI associated.

few agents on Main site and few agent on remote site

The problem appears when the costumer add script C.

When a call enter on MAIN and remote with ani of the scripts A and B the call enter to CAD correctly.

But when Script appears on the scenario On Main site script C doesnt work and all the CAD go to NOT READY STATE

If a login on the remote Site script C works and the agent receive the call on her CAD application.

Scripts works correctly...i run the script debug ...

I have an idea for test :

If a erase script A or B and script C works well? how doesnt means?

Maybe is a location,CSS or partition problem?

Is script C using a different Call Control Group, than scripts A and B?

There is a requirement to have the calling device CSS (phone or gateway) be able to reach the agent's DN partition.  And if it cannot, the behavior would be to take the Agent from Ready, to Reserved, to Not Ready with a reason code of Ring No Answer (32763).
