Historical statistics are not showing up, the AWHDS replication process keeps flapping. The Logger replication process reports the following:
10:04:34 Logger or HDS on connection xxxxx using TCP/IP port 40028 is either out of service or communication has broken.
It's been fine for several months. I noticed this after one of my 6500 switches restared and all vlan interfaces became active on standby HSRP switch. The configuration is identical on both switches? Any suggestions?

Have to tried restarting logger and HDS servers

From HDS server is logger server is reachable through public and private interfaces & vice versa
