Hi,
The environment include ICM Enterprise 4.6.2.at duplex mode.
Suddenly week ago the services at LoggerA are shutdown.
I receive the following message at the replication service:
"12:43:00 la-rpl Connection to MDS process established.
12:43:00 la-rpl Trace: MDS: Entering MDSAllocBuffer
12:43:00 la-rpl Trace: Call to MDSAllocBuffer failed.
Last API Error [-519815424]: Attempt to use MDS API function before calling MDSRegisterClient.
12:43:00 la-rpl Trace: MDS: Output thread started."
I;m trying to synchronize between LoggerB and LoggerA used icmdba but with no success.
Any idea? How I solve the problem?
Thanks

There are a number of Tech Tips under Contact Center Software that discuss many of the MDS exhausted messages.
- 1st, was there anything else in the log like
Buffers exhausted? If so see the tec tips for
that.
- 2nd, have your NIC bindings changed? This is a logger you'll have two NIC cards in it (private/public) make sure your going out the proper interface of each card.
- 3rd, We have seen this type of problem with NIC teaming enabled on servers in a load balance mode. If you are don't, it's not supported. It causes out of order messaging.
-4th if you haven't resolved it. Open a Service Request with TAC.
Regards,
Bob

Hi,
Thanks for your help but i'm already fixed this problem.
I re-create Logger database using "icmdba".
After i building the database again i synchronize the LoggerA database with LoggerB database.
Thanks
