MediaSense Call Recording in CCX

Hello,

I'm trying to confirm the correct licensing to enable MediaSense call recording in a new CCX deployment. From what I can tell, CCX-11-REC-LIC is most likely what I need. Is this a "system wide" or a named/concurrent user license? I.E., do I need only 1 for recording of all agents, or 25 to license all agents?

Do I also need MCP-11X-AUD-10PACK? The customer has an existing MediaSense deployment with MCP-AUDIO-11X-LIC port licenses.
