Modifying canned Webview reports

Would like to modify entsvc reports in Webview (ICM 7.2) Info maker is not integrated into the ICM software nor is it recommended to install Infomaker software on the AW.

So how does one modify a report. I would like to remove columns from a canned report so it will fit a screen. What is the process?

When you create a template, you specify its presentation format. The presentation format determines the format in which the report is rendered. ICM Webview templates can use either a graph (graphical) or tabular (text) presentation format. For example, you can create a historical template for peripheral services that retrieves the total number of tasks handled by certain peripheral services and which displays the data in a tabular report.
