No data in "Transfer Out" field of Webview report

Trying to run the Agent Task Summary Daily Report for a specific agent. This agent transfers to other skill groups on a daily basis but a few weeks ago, these transfers stop showing up on the report. All other columns on the report appear normal and other agents show data in the "Transfer Out" column.

I am looking for advise on where to begin troubleshooting this.

In case anyone else runs into this, it ended up being the phone. Changed it out and transfers now show up on the reports.
