Not able to open configuration manager

Hi All,

Not able to open the configuration Manager . Shows the following error message:-

"(-9934) unable to initialize the real-time feed for instance apcc.

Unable to proceed until the real-time can be established. The feed may be inactive or you may not have permission to connect to the feed".

When tried to run the "Initiliaze Local Database", It shows the below error,

"unable to initialize the real-time feed for instance apcc. Cannot proceed".

Kindly help to fix this problem.

If u have this problem on only first side and second works fine. After restart active side, second works and firsе not.

This problem is usually misconfigured AW and  Router/Logger configuration.

Looks like AWs  trying to connect to same Logger DB, but there no such possibility. Each AW have to connect to its own side DB.

AW A to logger A, AW B to Logger B.

Check:

IP adresses of AWs and Router/Logger.

Preffered side on AW web setup. Thay have to be different.

I faced with this error when i set up Sprawler components in duplexed mode, when i changed to the simplex - it resolved the issue
