Hello,
You will have to install the RTMT tool from tools>plugins screen of UCCX appadmin
-Later you can login to it and check the sys log alert section, it should display what happened
-If you need more details, you will have to turn on the MIVR/engine logs from UCCX serviceability section and then collect the same from RTMT, to check the reason behind the failover
-Alerts usually appear in the syslog section of RTMT
