I'm having CVP v11.6, Cisco VXML Gateway, Cisco Egress Gateway. I would like to initiate IVR outbound call from external application as IBM Message broker or other Java application.
We have implemented CVP Standalone Outbound solution https://community.cisco.com/t5/collaboration-voice-and-video/cvp-vxml-standalone-outbound-dialer/tac-p/3115009/highlight/true that uses scheduling but the requirement should be online.
How this can be done in best possible way?
