Hi all.
Is it possible, with ICM 6.0 and a PG connected with an Avaya ACD, to have the Dialer Software to send calls to the Avaya Agents?
I mean, everytime that I see the Outbound Options related to the Avaya ACD, I read about a DIALOGIC Dialer.
So, if I don't have a Dialogic Dialer, may I use the IPCC Dialer to send the calls to Avaya?

Yes, you can use the IPCC Dialer to send the calls to Avaya

Well i am not very well sure but i think you need a dialogic dialar ,you cannot use the AVAYA Routing client to initiate outbound call. i have a dialogic dialar already but still not able to make it working , m looking for help as well :)

Mohamed,
With ICM Enterprise and an Avaya ACD, you would indeed need the Dialogic version of the Cisco Dialer. We have implemented it at 2 locations. Works very well but is tricky to configure.
