Outbound option SIP Dialer – Call Not reserving for the agent in preview_only mode

UCCE Version 10.5

Dailer and MR PG is active.

Attached the logs for dialer, campaignmanager, baimport,ctisvr

We can see the data’s in the logger database IPCC2_PREVIEW_OB and DL_5000_5000 and also SIP trunk is created to the Voice Gateway in CUCM but agent doesn’t get the call in preview mode.

  1. CUCM IP Address – 192.168.1.157
  2. Voice Gateway IP – 192.168.1.61
  3. Logged in as Agent ID 1001 and IPPhone 7001

Customer phone number is 4001. 4001 phone is also registered as CME in the same Gateway.

Did the Dial Number you configured in your campaign use the MR routing client?

Had your script ever been triggered?
