Outbound option SIP Dialer – Call Not reserving for the agent in preview_only mode
UCCE Version 10.5
Dailer and MR PG is active.

Attached the logs for dialer, campaignmanager, baimport,ctisvr
We can see the data’s in the logger database IPCC2_PREVIEW_OB and DL_5000_5000 and also SIP trunk is created to the Voice Gateway in CUCM but agent doesn’t get the call in preview mode.
Customer phone number is 4001. 4001 phone is also registered as CME in the same Gateway.
