Outgoing UCCX Campaign Settings

Good morning team Collaboration,

I am setting up for the first time an Outbound campaign on a UCCX 11.6, I can't find much information about these configurations or relatively in the documentation is pretty simple, but I can't make the less complex campaign which is going straight to the agent work, I wonder if they have any guidelines that can help me finish these configurations.

The campaign is created:

Campaign Type: IVR Based

Dialer Type: Progressive or Predictive

at the time of uploading the file this file is saved and executed to the sip gateway that in this case is call manager, the call runs to the phones of the file, but this answer lasts 10 seconds and is cut, you have the script as follows:

the call does not pass to the agent and it is cut..
