I am new to CCE environment. I reserved Packaged Contact Center Enterprise from Cisco DevNet Sandbox.
Loged-in (RDP) to PCCE admin server AW1-A (DAW PCCE) IP 10.10.20.21.
Opened Script Editor from desktop and created a new script.
When i go to Script-> Call Type Manager:
Here i can not see "Call Directory" tab to associate dialed number to test script.
Can any one help me if this is issue with product or if i need to do any configuration to enable "Call Directory" tab in script editor?
