Phone agent login takes to long

We have a new install with CM 4.0.2a.sr1. IPCC Express 3.5.2 sr1. The phones have the latest phone loads on them 7.1.1. When an agent attempts to log in the process takes about 30 seconds. Then changing to the ready state is the same thing, 30 seconds. All the AVVID stuff is on the same VLAN. I'm positive it is not a network issue. Anyone having the same problem, or using the same software versions, but not having this problem?

Guess this is normal. I have also seen phones taking about 30 secs to a minute to log in. You might however want to check the data sheets and see if there is a mention of the time taken during login to confirm the same.
