Precision Queue API

I wanted to get the Queue status ( for example Current Calls in Certain PQ) from another application. Is there any API UCCE exposes to get the real-time status of PQ ?.

I think the APIs are there only for configuration operations and not for real time data.

instead of API, you can use real time data available in AWs for read operation over standard JDBC connection.
