We are using cisco Finesse with MS Exchange, the integration work fine and the emails are queued to logged agent correctly,
Our customer need to print email from the Finesse interface ? How can we deal with this request ? Do we have to developp any gadget or icon in Finesse layout ?
Any idea please ?
