Problem with Column Width in Reports

I have a user that accidently adjusted the column width of their reports in Cisco Agent Desktop beyond their screen width.  Now you cannot get to the end of the column to resize it.  I tried uninstalling the application, and deleting the directory on the c drive, but it retained the column width when I reinstalled the app.  I could not find any registry setting for the report width.

How can I reset the column width on a report to the defaults?  Is this information keep on the contact center server?

I still am looking for a solution for this issue.  I did notice that if this user logs in on a different machine it retains these settings. Does anyone know where this profile would be, and how I can clear out the settings?
