Hi,
I got a script for dial by extension. The problem is that if the user closes his IP Communicator and someone calls his extension, it goes to voicemail but not to his mailbox, it goes to the standard greeting. It's like it doesn't know the extension the person called. If the user's IP Communicator is up and running though, it does go to his mailbox on no answer just fine.
This is CM 6 and the voicemail is provided by exchange 2007, no Unity.
The user's phone is set to go to VM when unregistered.
Any thoughts on this or how to troubleshoot?

Can you paste the IPCC Script, In IPCC script you can check for agent active, if not goto voicemail try this it should work.

I would like to see this script also - I am still using IPCC Express 4.04, but have just been handed a request to enable this. Is it possible to have a script to dial by extension in 4.x?
