we hae just installed the new version of the supervisor desktop (UCCX 5.0) and the supervisor is seeing the agent tab/window flashing.....thoughts on how to resolve?
Can you check if the NIC b indings are reversed., also check in the log fiels if there are any error messages releated to services. Try to reboot the server it should solve this issue
