Hello. I am having an issue with Chat and Email gadget. The gadget continuously sends requests to UCCX and receives “HTTP Status 400 – Invalid Request” in response.
Is this happening from your website or from your computer? What’s the network setup? The 400 error is strange, if you take that request and put it in Postman what happens?
