QMAD2003 Error while synching database in Cisco Unified Workforce (QM)

Hi Everyone,

I have the following error message about QMAD2003

SyncServer error: SyncFailure: Sync Failed: com.calabrio.sync.engine.DataSyncException: java.sql.SQLException: Cannot insert the value NULL into column "teamFK", table "SQMDB.dbo.AgentTeam";column does not allow nulls.INSERT fails.(-1).

How should I do to solve it ?

This error occurs when user is assigned to "Default " Team in UCCX. To resolve this issue ,please make sure all users in UCCX are part of proper team instead of Default team.
