QMAD2049 QM Error

 Hi guys,

Is there anyone of you familiar with this error?

I'm looking for it in cisco doc and find this out, but still confused:

QMAD2049 (Error)

Error reading from Active Directory:

An error occurred while reading users from Active Directory.

Check the Admin logs and try again.

Kindly need your advice :)

There are not much you can find and from Cisco document you can find the following to check the logs. You can find the logs in the directory that you installed D:\Program Files\Cisco\WFO_QM\log\admin.log. No surprise on the admin logs I saw the same error message.

I have check the LDAP user settings in "Enterprise Server Settings", and when I edit the information and save it, it give me error message. After more investigation, I found out the service account has been moved to different OU, once I update the base search the issue resolved.
