Query interval on db

My customer would like to use a SQL DTS to collect information from ICM HDS db and they would
like to know if they use less than 10 minutes of interval and if it could cause any impact
on ICM processes and performance.

The tables queried are t_Route_Call_Detail, t_Dialed_Number, t_Route and t_Service.

Hi,

first of all, forget the tables starting t_. They are real tables aka leaf nodes and you don't use them, ICM does.

This means you don't use them at all, not within a ten minutes interval, but not at all.

There are views, in this case "Route_Call_Detail", "Dialed_Number", "Route" and "Service". You can use them in whatever interval you pick.
