Hello Karen,
You can either open a TAC case to get answers on Historical reports.
Or if you send me the version of UCCX, I can attach the Historical reporting guide for that version.

Thank you Prashanth. If the guide is the same as what's available in the help section, it won't help. ha. I want to run a report that shows me how many calls each agent took per hour. I don't seem to be able to do that. I can run it per agent, and it gives me either one big total or lists each call indivdually. Neither of these work if I want to compare how many calls each rep took in a given hour. Does that report exist?

Oh ok yep the system generates default reports only which are already built in.
I think the Advance services or PDI team can assist with these custom modifications or reports, you might want to check with the cisco account team and have them open a case with either one of those teams.
