I have a Simple Menu that needs reporting for which selection a customer selects. ie English or Spanish etc.Is UCCX 8.5 able to give me reports on this? Do I need to enable anything in my script to report this?Cisco Unified CCX StandardThank you

On the supervisor display, is there a way to see how many calls are waiting in a particular CSQ?     I see a field for everything but?
