I have a new skill & Service that does populate the real time data screen. I have people available but the report doesn't see them. The skill shows but no data, any ideas?
Are you able to see real-time data within a real time report in Monitor ICR or Webview for these skill groups? Have you cycle Peripheral Gateway after addition of new skill with switch report?
