We are running UCCX 5.0 and are seeing an issue where there are multiple calls in queue on the Real Time Reporting, however supervisor desktop shows only a few.
It seems the RTR applicaiton does not get updated when calls are delivered?/// thoughts?

supervisors can use the link http:///appsupervisor to view RTR for CSQs.
