Realtime statistics API?

Hi I've heard that theres a realtime statistics api for PUCCE 10.5 as with UCCX 10.. But cannot find any documentation on it?

Packaged CCE does not have a statistics API.

I see there could be something drawn via GED-188 or perhaps some of the FINESSE API's, but what about service level? Is the only way currently to go via the database to calculate service level?
