I'm trying to determine a way to record all agent calls via our IPCX platform. While supervisors can select calls to record, we'd like to bulk record all of them. Any idea how to do this?

Nelson,
Best recomendation is Verint, Nice and similar products. You can go for telerex and few others as well.
IPCX recording is for emergency stuff is what I understand.
