I working on Release Script, when the call hits the ICM based on Call Type, I send the call to the Script attach, the calls play the busy tone but I want to disconnect the call after the busy tone, but the call stays open for 18s, then the call is closed by ICM.

You mean to say after finishing the busy tone, call stays in the system ? (What is the duration of busy_tone)
Can you just collect the router ,VRU PIM and OPC logs and attach here.
befor collecting the logs, enable below traces in router using rtrtrace tool.

I think the issue is with the ingress gateway then, I'm drawing a blank at the moment, but there might be some RTP timer which can be adjusted which will notice that the RTP stream has been broken down. If the command comes to me I'll reply back.
