RequestInstruction - clarification.

Hi,

When the ICM event "Request Instruction" is sent in a service control model for a Translation routed call, we see the following error message logged in the PIM console. Any idea what this means? We checked the Networktrunkgroup, but it has the association with the TrunkGroup.

Error msg:

11:29:04 Trace: VRUPeripheral::RequestInstruction: Failed to find NetworkTrunkGroup for TrunkGroupID 5000

Add a Network Trunk Group for each IP IVR (each peripheral has its own trunk group, which is a member of its own network trunk group). This should fixed the issue.
