Retention for capture available in WxCC

Hi,

With WxCC capture api providing the path of the recording available, we wanted to understand the following
1. If there is a retention applied on this capture, i.e., what is the maximum time the capture will be available for on WxCC storage?

2. Assuming, an app using the WxCC capture api has downloaded the capture related to telephony task. Is there a way to confirm this back to WxCC that the capture has been successfully downloaded and it can deleted from the WxCC storage?

3. Does WxCC provide any connection api to detect if the connection is available for e.g. an app can use to keep track of connection with WxCC before making any actual api request?

Thanks!
Shakti

@ShaktiChawla19265 following up on this old thread:

Let me clarify this for you internally.

2. Assuming, an app using the WxCC capture api has downloaded the capture related to telephony task. Is there a way to confirm this back to WxCC that the capture has been successfully downloaded and it can deleted from the WxCC storage?

There is no confirmation or delete capture API at the moment, we only have the List Captures, mentioned here https://developer.webex-cx.com/documentation/captures/v1/list-captures . The others would be considered a new feature request, that you can suggest here https://ciscocollabcustomer.ideas.aha.io/ .

3. Does WxCC provide any connection api to detect if the connection is available for e.g. an app can use to keep track of connection with WxCC before making any actual api request?

Not sure what connection you are referring to here. The API works with access tokens, so do you mean to verify if the token is valid?
