I run an outbound contact center that makes up to 150 calls per minute.
To make all of this dialing work we have IDSN Dialers (Glorified Dialogic cards) connecting the agents and trunks.
I have three route groups an AGENT group a TRUNK group and a TELCO group.
The AGENT and TRUNK groups connect to the Dialers. The TELCO group consists of our outbound PRIs to the telco.
In my AGENT and TRUNK groups I have the ability to select a priority. Since these connections are 1:1 in house should I make the priority all 1s ?
And since we pay the same rate for local and LD on our PRIs should I make the priority all 1s for them too?
