RTDMClientAPI

I am using the RTDMClientAPI, these are the 2 jar files; sSubsystemRmCm.jar & sWFReportingCommon.jar.  On some systems everything works fine but on some systems after the RTDMClientAPI object is instantiated I call the getAllResourceIAQStats method and it returns null because an RMI unbound Exception is thrown.  Any ideas?  The system with the problem is UCCX 8.5.1

well, if we are talking about a java.rmi.NotBoundException, then the reason might be an attempt to look up an object which is not bound (not exposed).

May I ask you about this RTDMClientAPI? This might be a silly argument, but I have been doing UCCX since CRS 3.0 but never heard about such an API.
