Hello again gurus,

Scenario:

Sales queue in Area X receives call, we want to send over WAN to Sales queue in Area Y, which is already taking their own calls also. How can Area X Sales call numbers be reported on, as well as Area Y Sales calls (including Area X Sales calls)? Can I just set another call type for Area Y Sales before transferring over WAN, or will this actually null out the Area X call type?

The rule of thumb here is to use a "requalify Calltype"- node whenever you need to report on particular Calls. So yes, you need to set up a new Calltype, get your report using Webview->Calltype.
