Hi,
We have ordered the Verint License from Solution Plus Program and are not aware for its fulfillment procedure.
Ideally when we directly deal with Verint , they provide LRN details which is to be used further for license activation.
However as we have ordered this Verint solution through Cisco we didn't received any LRN details.
If anyone knows about the procedure to follow in this case, pls assist.
