Hello,
I try to open session in AgentMode. I send Open_Req with Service Mask ServiceClientEvent (0x00000001), which mean session mode is AgentMode. But telephony sends me message without information about Agent in OpenConfirmation (OpenConfirmation doesn't have fields AgentId, AgentExtention), and agent related events don't come to me. BridgeMode works (Mask is ServiceAllEvents 0x00000010), and I can send all requests to telephony if I use mask Service Client Control (0x00000004). BridgeMode doesn't suit me, because I have to get events of certain agent.
Does anyone have an idea of what I did wrong?
