I am having trouble connecting to a customer's UCCX CTI server, so I figured the CTI server is not enabled. Is there a document on how to enable the CTI server?
Secondly, by default, does the CTI server listen on port 42027?
Default port from documentation doesn't work me too. I use 12028.
