Sync cisco AD to ACD

Hi All Master Cisco,

I have the Problem on Cisco AQM 2.7.3

1.  cannot synchronize databases

2. Link AD to ACD Users.

Please Suggest to me, How to tshoot this Problem ?

The Goal is Cisco Agent Dekstop can use Recording incoming or outgoing

The Version

CUCM  : 7.1.5.10000-12 (redundant)

UCCX :   7.0(1)SR05_Build504 (redundant)

AQM : MCS-7800 Series with OS windows 2003, and QM 2.7.3
