Hi Experts,
We are facing an issue wherein the Termination Call Detail table records show different values for the "Peripheral Call Type" field than expected
Whenever the supervisor uses "Barge-In" to barge into an active Agent call, the "Peripheral Call Type" for that call is displayed as "15" -Conference in the TCD table. The expected value is "23" - Supervisor Barge In as per the DB Schema guide
Kindly let know if any additional configuration needs to be done to enable this
